  • For group bookings (10 or more passengers including children and infants) we must request the space for you in advance from the lounge operator.
  • Please complete the form below with the requested information and email this to our Customer Service centre at groupbookings@loungepass.com
  • All PPL Program group requests require at least 7 days’ notice in advance of the flight or visit date to process the booking.
  • For booking conditions, Lounge entry conditions, child restrictions, prices etc. please check the Lounge Details on our website.
  • All PPL Program bookings are on request and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please check the opening hours and that the lounge is accessible from the terminal from which you are travelling. Please check with your travel provider before travelling.
  • Lounge Pass will not be held liable for any Lounge Pass holder that has not booked the correct lounge for their flight.
  • Lounge Pass will not refund for any unused Lounge Passes.
  • All cancellations for PPL Program group bookings must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the departure date. Any cancellations received by PPL less than 7 days prior to the visit date and time will be subject to 100% cancellation costs.
  • PPL will not accept any group bookings that have not been booked in accordance with the PPL group booking procedures as stated on the Lounge Pass website  Group Booking Enquiry Form or where the Lounge Operator has not confirmed the group bookings with PPL. PPL will not accept any unauthorised groups that have been pre-booked online at www.loungepass.com and will be refused entry to the lounge with no refund offered.
  • Hen or stag/bachelor parties are strictly prohibited and will not be admitted under any circumstances.
  • PPL is under no obligation to refund in full or in part, or offer any other compensation, to any parties that attempt to use the Lounge Facilities as a stag or hen party, or as a group that has not been pre-booked in accordance with our Group Booking Policy.
  • All Lounge Pass pricing is subject to change.
