Group Booking Enquiry Form

  • For group bookings (10 or more passengers including children and infants) we must request the space for you in advance from the lounge operator
  • Please complete the form below with the requested information and click Submit to send it to our Customer Service centre
  • All Lounge Pass group booking requests require at least 7 days’ notice in advance of the flight or visit date to process the booking
  • For booking conditions, Lounge entry conditions, child restrictions, prices, etc. please check the Lounge Details on our website
  • Lounge Pass group booking requests cannot be guaranteed
  • Please check the opening hours and that the lounge is accessible from the terminal from which you are travelling; if applicable please check with your travel provider before travelling
  • Lounge Pass will not be held liable for any Lounge Pass holder that has not booked the correct lounge for their flight
  • Lounge Pass will not refund for any unused Lounge Passes
  • All cancellations for Lounge Pass group bookings must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the date and time of the lounge booking, otherwise no refund will be given
  • Lounge Pass will not accept any group bookings that have not been booked in accordance with the Lounge Pass group booking procedures as stated on the Lounge Pass website Group Booking Enquiry Form or where the Lounge Operator has not confirmed the group booking with Lounge Pass. Lounge Pass will not accept any unauthorised groups that have been pre-booked online at www.loungepass.com and will be refused entry to the lounge with no refund offered
  • Hen/bachelorette or stag/bachelor parties are strictly prohibited and will not be admitted under any circumstances
  • Lounge Pass is under no obligation to refund in full or in part, or offer any other compensation, to any parties that attempt to use the Lounge Facilities as a hen/bachelorette or stag/bachelor party, or as a group that has not been pre-booked in accordance with this Group Booking policy
  • Lounge Pass prices are subject to availability by the provider and may change.
